Si el anterior contrato no pudiere llevarse a cabo dentro del término de un año, se autoriza al Poder Ejecutivo para celebrar otro en términos análogos, con los representantes de la sucesión del señor Carlos Tanco, o con la persona o personas a quienes se adjudiquen los derechos en la Empresa del Ferrocarril del Tolima.
