En vías urbanas donde esté permitido el estacionamiento, se podrá hacerlo sobre el costado autorizado para ello, lo más cercano posible al andén o al límite lateral de la calzada no menos de treinta (30) centímetros del andén y a una distancia mínima de cinco (5) metros de la intersección.
