Medidas preventivas y sancionatorias . Cuando ocurra violación de las disposiciones de la presente norma, la autoridad competente impondrá las medidas preventivas y las sanciones, de conformidad con el procedimiento previsto por la normatividad agrícola, pecuaria, ambiental y de salud correspondientes.
