FELICITACIÓN PÚBLICA OTORGADA POR COMANDOS SUPERIORES . Cuando la felicitación pública sea otorgada por los comandos de Fuerza o los superiores a estos, se consignará en la respectiva orden del día y se leerá en una formación especial ante el personal de la unidad. Con esta felicitación se debe conceder un permiso especial hasta por diez (10) días.
