El presente Decreto regirá desde el día primero (1º) de abril del año en curso, en cuanto a la creación del Ministerio de Fomento y a la supresión de los Ministerios de Comercio e Industrias y Minas y Petróleos; pero el Gobierno podrá hacer uso de las facultades que se le confieren el artículo 2º desde la fecha de la expedición de este Decreto. Quedan suspendidas las disposiciones contrarias al presente Decreto. Comuníquese y publíquese.
