Fondo Rotatorio del Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística, Fondane . El Fondo Rotatorio del Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística, Fondane, continuará funcionando como un establecimiento público del orden nacional, dotado de personería jurídica y patrimonio propio, adscrito al Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística, DANE. El Fondane tendrá el objeto, cumplirá las funciones y estará dotado de los recursos a los que se refieren los artículos 2°, 3° y 7° del Decreto 590 de 1991. El representante legal del Fondane será el Director del Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística, DANE, y funcionará con la estructura y la planta de personal del referido Departamento.
