Vigencia y derogatorias . El presente decreto rige a partir de su publicación y deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, en especial, el Decreto 516 de 2004, el numeral 2º del artículo 42 y el artículo 43 del Decreto 806 de 1998, los artículos 15, 17 y 21 del Decreto 1703 de 2002, y el artículo 3º del Decreto 2400 de 2002.
