Disminución del Subsidio Familiar. Para los efectos del parágrafo 1o. del artículo 51 del Decreto 1214 de 1990, las situaciones allí´ contempladas se acreditaran así´:

Declaraciones extrajuicio rendidas por el interesado, en las cuales se acredite la dependencia económica

La calidad de estudiante se comprobara con la certificación expedida por el plantel educativo correspondiente

Para acreditar la condición de inválido, se requerirá´ Certificación de la Sanidad respectiva.
