La información que tenga el carácter de reservada en la entidad informante, que sea suministrada a la Unidad Especial de Información y Análisis para el Control del Lavado de Activos, continuará sujeta a la misma reserva, y deberá ser garantizada por los funcionarios que tengan acceso a ella en desarrollo de sus funciones y sólo podrá ser suministrada a las autoridades de la Rama Judicial.
