Art. 3° Para el efecto de calificar los contrabandos, celar y castigar a los defraudadores de la Renta, se aplicarán todas las disposiciones antes citadas, con la modificación de que la multa por cada 12 1/2 kilogramos, determinada en el artículo 2º del Decreto número 441 citado será de $2.
