Artículo séptimo. La totalidad del producido de la estampilla a que se refiere la presente Ley se destinará a la preparación de deportistas, construcción, terminación de escenarios deportivos e inversión en obras públicas de infraestructura, en las ciudades sede y subsedes así: en el Municipio de Villavicencio el 50%, Municipios de San Martín, Cumaral, Puerto López, Acacías y Granada el 40% y el 10% restante en los demás municipios del Departamento del Meta.
