Período de la Junta Directiva . Los miembros de la Junta Directiva designados por los comerciantes serán elegidos para un período de 2 años, que se iniciará con la posesión y durará hasta que se posesione la Junta Directiva siguiente. En todos los casos, quienes posean la calidad de Directores permanecerán en ejercicio de sus funciones hasta cuando se posesionen los Directores electos.
