° Las elecciones a que se refiere el artículo 4° del Decreto 886 de 1972 se convocarán dentro de los sesenta (60) días siguientes a la fecha de expedición del presente Decreto. El Consejo Superior Universitario solo se podrá reunir una vez que se hubieren efectuado las elecciones aquí previstas, independientemente de que en las mismas se eligieren o no los Decanos y estudiantes que han de integrar el Consejo.
