Modifíquese el inciso séptimo del artículo 4 del Decreto Legislativo 639 del 8 de mayo de 2020, modificado por el Decreto Legislativo 677 del 19 de mayo de 2020, el cual quedará así: «El cumplimiento del procedimiento descrito en el presente artículo permitirá la obtención de un aporte estatal mensual. El aporte estatal podrá ser solicitado hasta por cuatro ocasiones. De ser así, el beneficiario deberá cumplir, en cada caso, con el procedimiento descrito en el presente artículo.»
