°. Reintegro . En caso de que se presente un excedente en el valor girado por la Nación –Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público - Dirección General de Crédito Publico y Tesoro Nacional– con respecto al monto girado por la ADRES a las entidades recobrantes, IPS y proveedores de servicios y tecnologías en salud, la ADRES deberá reintegrar dicho valor en un plazo no mayor a diez (10) días hábiles, siguientes a la identificación del excedente.
