Disponibilidad de las grabaciones. En cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 18 de la Ley 74 de 1966, las estaciones de radiodifusión mantendrán a disposición de las autoridades, por lo menos durante treinta (30) días, la grabación completa de todos los programas que se transmitan entre el 19 de octubre y el 27 de octubre de 2003.
