º. La Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero transferirá a favor de la Nación-Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, las acciones correspondientes a los aportes para capitalización que hayan sido efectuados por la Nación, dentro de los treinta (30) días calendario siguientes a la fecha en que se efectúe la capitalización.
