El papel sellado y las estampillas de timbre nacional fabricados de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el Decreto número 192 bis del año próximo pasado, se continuarán expendiendo como hasta hoy, con los precios que en las mismas especies se indican, en papel moneda; pero los empleados y entidades respectivas formarán sus cuentas reduciendo esos precios á oro, computándose el cambio á la rata oficial. Comuníquese y publíquese.
