° Para cada uno de los Departamentos de Antioquia, Bolívar, Boyacá, Caldas, Cauca, Cundinamarca, Huila, Magdalena, Mario, Santander del Sur, Santander Norte, Tolima y Valle del Cauca, y para cada una de las Intendencias de San Martin y del Chocó, destínase la suma de mil pesos ($ 1.000), con el fin de averiguar si los terrenos baldíos adjudicados en tales secciones, están en las condiciones anotadas en los considerandos del presente Decreto.
