A virtud de la comunicación de que trata el artículo precedente, se señalará en el Senado, según lo establecido en su reglamento interior, el día en que deba oírse la acusación, la que presentará personalmente el acusador, leyéndola en alta voz y entregándola al Presidente con los documentos que sirvan de fundamento.
