Créase una junta proconservación y cuidado de esta reliquia histórica integrada así: un miembro de la Sociedad de Mejoras Públicas de Medellín, un miembro de la sociedad Antioqueña de Ingenieros, un miembro de la Academia Antioqueña de Historia y el señor Cura Párroco de El Calvario; esta junta tendrá personería jurídica en virtud de esta Ley y gestionará todo lo relativo al propósito de ella.
