Artículo único. El artículo 9° (transitorio) del Decreto número. 885 de 1942, quedará así: "Mientras subsistan las actuales dificultades en los transportes internacionales, el Ministerio d&-Relaciones Exteriores podrá autorizar a cualquier Consulado de la Republica para ordenar ediciones limitadas de formularios para facturas, consulares, bajo la vigilancia del respectivo Agente Diplomático colombiano. El valor de la venta, de tales ediciones deberá girarse por el respectivo funcionario consular al Consulado General en Nueva York, una vez deducido el costo de cada edición."
