°. Segunda brigada. Guarnecerá el Tolima; su Estado Mayor residirá en Ibagué; se compondrá de los Batallones "Palacé" número 5º acantonado en Ibagué; "Córdoba" número 6º situado en Honda, y de una compañía suelta, que hará la guarnición de Neiva. Esta Brigada constará de 797 hombres.

Parágrafo 1

El "Palacé" y el "Córdoba" se organizarán como el "Nariño" con 350 plazas cada uno.

Parágrafo 2

La Compañía suelta tendrá 97 plazas, de las cuales serán 80 soldados.
