Patrimonio. El patrimonio de la Escu ela está constituido por

1.

Las partidas que le sean asignadas dentro de los presupuestos nacional, departamental, distrital o municipal.

2.

Los aportes de la Ley 21 de 1982.

3.

Los bienes muebles e inmuebles que actualmente posee y los que adquiera posteriormente, así como sus frutos y rendimientos.

4.

Los ingresos que perciba por concepto de matrículas y demás derechos académicos y venta de servicios.

5.

Los bienes que como persona jurídica adquiera a cualquier título. CAPITULO VI Régimen contractual
