La contribución especial que trata el artículo anterior deberá liquidarse desde el mismo mes en que se inicie la producción respectiva, aplicando la tarifa que para cada año calendario, señale el Gobierno Nacional de conformidad con el reajuste de valores absolutos expresados en moneda nacional vigente para el año en el cual se va a liquidar dicha contribución.
