El presente contrato necesita para su validez la aprobación del Poder Ejecutivo, previo concepto favorable del honorable Consejo de Ministros, y la aprobación del Poder Legislativo. En fe de lo expuesto se firman dos ejemplares de un mismo tenor, en Bogotá a veintidós de octubre de mil novecientos diez y nueve.
