° Serán funciones del Consejo

a)

Servir de órgano consultivo y asesor de la Política de Integración y Desarrollo de la Comunidad.

b)

Conceptuar, a solicitud del Ministro de Gobierno, sobre los programas a escala nacional y regional que se formulen para la Integración y Desarrollo de la Comunidad.

c)

Conceptuar, a solicitud del Ministro de Gobierno, sobre las solicitudes de financiamiento exterior y de asistencia técnica.
