Los Centros de Higiene dependientes del Ministerio de Trabajo, Higiene y Previsión Social establecidos en poblaciones de menos de veinte mil (20.000) habitantes, estarán en la obligación de atender gratuitamente a los empleados del ramo nacional a que se refiere este Decreto, dentro de sus posibilidades, dando aviso oportuno a la dependencia nacional respectiva.
