Modifíquese el numeral 1 del artículo 2.36.3.4.3 del Decreto número 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así:

“1. Sobre un número de acciones para cuya adquisición deba efectuarse oferta pública, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 6.15.2.2.1 del presente decreto o normas que lo adicionen, modifiquen o sustituyan”.
