Una vez finalizada la declaratoria de emergencia nacional en salud pública (emergencia sanitaria), la fabricación, importación y comercialización de los sueros antiofídicos y antilonómicos, cumplirán los requisitos señalados en la reglamentación sanitaria vigente.
