El empleado o funcionario público que en el ejercicio de sus funciones cometa uno de los delitos previstos en los dos artículos precedentes, o de cualquier manera coopere a su ejecución, incurrirá en prisión de seis meses a tres años y en interdicción de derechos y funciones públicas por el mismo período.
