Obligaciones del importador . Quienes importen mercancías bajo la modalidad de importación temporal en desarrollo de los Sistemas Especiales de Importación-Exportación, están obligados a

Demostrar ante la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN), la terminación de la modalidad, en los términos establecidos en este Decreto;

Permitir y facilitar la práctica de las diligencias ordenadas por la autoridad aduanera.

Asistir a la práctica de las diligencias previamente ordenadas o comunicadas por la autoridad aduanera.
