º. Prohíbense las Juntas permanentes denominadas De Huelgas . La autoridad hará la notificación del caso a los miembros de las que existieren con ese u otro nombre, y si persistieren en reunirse, podrán ser multados administrativamente con multas hasta de cien pesos, convertibles en arresto conforme a la ley. En caso de reincidencia, la autoridad de Policía puede prohibir a los responsables de la infracción la residencia en el lugar en que ha funcionado la Junta y en los vecinos a éste y distantes hasta diez miriámetros, y esto por el término de seis meses a un año.
