Inversiones de capital directas . Las entidades sometidas a inspección y vigilancia de la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia que pretendan efectuar o aumentar inversiones de capital en entidades financieras, del mercado de valores, compañías de seguros, de reaseguros y en sucursales y agencias domiciliadas en el exterior deberán someter a la autorización de la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia tales inversiones.
