Art. 2.° Destínase veinticinco mil pesos ($ 25,000) para que de tal cantidad se hagan los gastos necesarios del viaje de las familias o de los obreros que han venido a trabajar en la ferreria de Samacá, o que en adelante vengan con el mismo objeto a los Estados de Cundinamarca i Boyacá, o con el de dar enseñanza en el Instituto agrícola, o en cualquiera otra de las escuelas de artes i oficios de dichos Estados.
