Artículo quinto: El gravamen sobre los licores que se produzcan en un Departamento, destinados al consumo en otro Departamento, Intendencia o Comisaría será pagado en el lugar de producción, pero el Departamento, Intendencia o Comisaría que los compre para darlos al consumo en su territorio, tendrá derecho a que mediante la presentación de los documentos, acrediten la compra, la Corporación le abone como aporte, el valor del impuesto pagado.
