Inmovilización de vehículos . Los vehículos automotores que cumplan su tiempo de uso en el Servicio Público de Transporte Terrestre Automotor Especial, no podrán movilizarse por las vías públicas o privadas abiertas al público. En caso de incumplimiento, las autoridades de control procederán de conformidad con las normas sancionatorias que rigen la materia. Para su entrega, la autoridad de tránsito competente exigirá la suscripción de un acta en la cual el propietario o locatario se compromete a desplazarlo de manera inmediata a la entidad desintegradora, con el fin de iniciar el proceso de desintegración y cancelación del registro.
