Subsidio. No se pagará el subsidio al notario que no dé cumplimiento oportuno a sus obligaciones para con la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro y el Fondo Cuenta Especial del Notariado, según el caso, en lo relacionado con aportes, recaudos en informes de escrituración.
