Descargos . El representante legal de la sociedad investigada y el o los funcionarios implicados directamente o a través de apoderado, dispondrán de un término de diez (10) días hábiles, contados a partir del día siguiente de la notificación, para presentar los descargos y para solicitar y aportar las pruebas que consideren conducentes.
