El Presidente del Fondo Nacional de Garantías S. A. - FNG podrá devengar la prima técnica de que tratan los Decretos números 2164 de 1991, 1336 de 2003, 2177 de 2006 y demás disposiciones que los modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan.
