Artículo cuarto. Las empresas nacionales de aviación civil que no figuran relacionadas en el presente Decreto, cubrirán gradual y directamente, al personal de pilotos y navegantes que tengan a su servicio, la pensión de jubilación correspondiente, de acuerdo a las disposiciones vigentes.
