El beneficio de que se trata será otorgado por las mismas entidades que actualmente conocen de la rebaja de pena de carácter ordinario, previa solicitud del interesado, la cual deberá estar respaldada por el concepto favorable del Consejo de Disciplina, de que trata el Decreto número 1405 de fecha de 7 de julio de 1934.
