La Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, estará encargada de elaborar un estudio que tendrá como objeto determinar el nivel de competencia y la existencia o no de fallas en los mercados relevantes, atendidos por las entidades financieras. Los resultados de dicha evaluación serán presentados semestralmente al Gobierno Nacional y al Congreso de la República.
