Artículo dieciocho . Modifíquese el artículo 79 del Decreto 421 de 1982, así: Los Servicios Seccionales de Salud y las entidades concesionistas tendrán la facultad de ejercer el control sobre los concesionarios, en todo lo referente a agencias, vendedores, libros, registros y relaciones de ventas.
