Responsabilidades. En caso de que por cualquier medio se llegue a establecer la improcedencia total o parcial del pago de las contraprestaciones, serán solidariamente responsables por este hecho la empresa productora, las sociedades de servicios cinematográficos de acuerdo con los certificados que hayan expedido y la firma de auditoría externa que emitió el concepto favorable sobre la procedencia de la contraprestación.
