Créase dependiente de la Sección Séptima -Minas y salinas; del Ministerio de Minas y Petróleos el cargo, de Inspectora del Gobierno en las explotaciones mineras que por contrato adelante la Compañía "Tamaná Mining Corporation" en un trayecto de cauce del rio Tamaná; situado en jurisdicción del Municipio de Novita, Departamento del Chocó, con una asignación mensual de seiscientos pesos ($ 600).
