Crease la Junta compuesta del Prefecto de la Providencia, del Presidente del Consejo Municipal de Sincelejo y de tres vecinos notables de la misma Providencia, nombrada por el Ministerio de Obras Públicas, con el objeto de invertir los fondos a que se refiere el Artículo anterior. Dicha junta rendirá cuenta conforme al Código Fiscal.

Parágrafo

La Dirección técnica de la carretera estará a cargo del ingeniero o ingenieros que nombre al efecto el Ministerio de Obras Públicas.
