Destínase la suma de dos millones de pesos ($ 2.000.000.00), para dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en la presente Ley. Esta suma se entregará al Instituto de Crédito Territorial como aporte del Municipio de Barranquilla al plan de erradicación de tugurios y, rehabilitación o mejoramiento de zonas decadentes que adelantará conjuntamente con el Instituto de Crédito Territorial.
