Uso obligatorio de la Ventanilla Integral de Trámites Ambientales (VITAL) . El Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible es el responsable de administrar la Ventanilla Integral de Trámites Ambientales en Línea (Vital). Las autoridades ambientales deberán habilitar la Ventanilla Integral de Trámites Ambientales (Vital) para la recepción de las solicitudes de trámites ambientales. El Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible, con el apoyo del Ministerio de las Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones, establecerá dentro de los seis (6) meses siguientes contados a partir de la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto, la gradualidad requerida para la implementación del presente artículo.
