Los detenidos no pueden, tener consigo objetos o valores. Cuando lleguen a la Cárcel deben ser registrados cuidadosamente, y se les tomarán los objetos o valores que lleven, los cuales serán depositados en poder del Director, quien expedirá el correspondiente recibo y dará cuenta de todo al funcionamiento de instrucción. Podrá darse la destinación que indique el detenido, si a juicio del Director tiene un fin lícito, a los objetos o valores que no se relacionen con la investigación, y de los cuales se llevará un registro especial en los libros del establecimiento.
